Our purpose has always been to offer a high quality service at a reasonable cost. This has enabled us to work successfully, in a trade that has very little consumer confidence, by gaining the trust of our customers through an honest approach to their needs.

The purpose of this site is to offer a fast, quality service that makes it as easy as possible for you to identify the spare parts that you require, order easily, pay securely, and receive the goods quickly.

We stock a large range of spares, so we are able to have your spares delivered to you within 2 working days, for all stocked items. Other items that need ordering in, we can usually deliver in 4-5 working days. As always we will be up front with you if we cannot deliver on time, and give you the opportunity to cancel your order.

Although we are competitive on price, QUALITY is the main factor of concern when deciding which spares we sell, and on the way in which trade generally (both spares and repairs).

Our trading policy has always been to provide a "value for money" service rather than attempting to be the "cheapest guys in town".

Cutting prices usually means cutting corners! Rest assured, we do not sell inferior quality spares to compete on price. The spares we supply are the same spares we use to repair machines ourselves, which ensures that the parts are of high quality.

Many spares we supply are the manufacturers' own genuine parts, and we also supply spares from Qualtex UK, who are the market leaders in replacement appliance spares (most of their spares are just manufacturers' genuine spares repackaged in any case).
