We know that appliance breakdowns cause you a lot of inconvenience, and hassle you can do without. So we have developed a fast response, quality repair service that solves your problems quickly and conveniently.

We work to the professional standards set by the appliance manufacturers (quality & safety), and in most cases do the repairs for around half of the manufacturers' prices.

We offer repairs to Hotpoint, Creda, & most Electra appliances in Sunderland, Washington, Houghton-le-Spring, Boldon, Cleadon, Whitburn, Seaburn, South Tyneside, Jarrow and Hebburn in the North East of England.

Here's a summary of our repair service:-

Same day repairs.

Calls booked in before 12PM can normally be done the same day.

Our target is to repair your appliance the same day, in just one visit, which benefits our customers greatly, and also actually keeps our costs down by being more efficient.

All repairs done in your home.

We do not remove appliances from your home. All of our work is carried out on site so you can be confident in the work being carried out.

On completion of repair any parts replaced will be given to you as proof of replacement, and any other work carried out will be explained.

Fully qualified engineers.

All engineers carry a certificate of qualification, from a major manufacturer, which will be shown on request.

No fix - no fee

We can diagnose most common faults over the phone due to experience, and we can give you a quote for the cost of the repair. If the fault is different and we cannot repair your machine for up to or including the quoted price then no call charges will apply.

NOTE: we do not do free estimates with no call out charge. This would mean that we would have to charge our paying customers more to cover the costs incurred by doing this.

HOTPOINT - CREDA - ELECTRA specialists

We currently have qualified engineers covering the Hotpoint, Creda & Electra ranges, although of course we can repair other makes of appliance also.

Competitive prices

All repairs are charged at £25.00 (includes VAT), plus parts, which means we can do most repairs for around half the price of the manufacturers, without compromising quality standards.
