We work to the professional standards set by the appliance manufacturers
(quality & safety), and in most cases do the repairs for around half
of the manufacturers prices. What

REPAIRS
Calls booked in before 12pm can normally be done the same day, and our
well stocked vans carry all spares required for common appliance faults
so most repairs are done in just one visit.
Our target is
to repair your appliance the same day, not
just turn up the same day!
ALL
REPAIRS DONE IN YOUR HOME.
We
do not remove appliances from your home. All of our work is carried
out on site so you can be confident in the work being carried out.
Any parts replaced on your appliance will be left with you, so that
you can be sure that they have indeed been replaced.
FULLY
QUALIFIED ENGINEERS.
All
engineers carry a certificate of qualification, from a major manufacturer,
which will be shown on request.
NO
FIX - NO FEE
As we can diagnose most common faults over the phone
we can give you a quote for the cost of the repair. If the fault is
different and we cannot repair your machine for up to or including the
quoted price then no call charges will apply.
This *DOES NOT*
mean that we give a free fault diagnosis service over the phone!
We will only quote a *price of repair*, and only for customers in the
*North East* where we work.
If for some reason we can't give a quote,
but you would like us to inspect your appliance with respect to a repair,
then we charge a £5.00 call out fee to cover costs. However, this
will be waived if the repair is subsequently carried out.
HOTPOINT
- CREDA - ELECTRA specialists.
We currently have qualified engineers covering the
Hotpoint, Creda & Electra ranges, although of course we can repair
other makes of appliance also.
